At Babakini Inc., we want you to love your purchase. Please review our shipping and return policies below.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Babakini Inc. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

• All original tags and sanitary/hygiene liners must remain attached and intact.

• Swimwear showing signs of wear, washing, use, stains, odors, or removal of the sanitary liner is not eligible for return.

• Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.

For hygiene reasons, please try on swimwear over undergarments and do not remove the sanitary liner until you are certain you wish to keep the item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Babakini Inc. or the product arrived damaged or defective.

Final Sale Items

Items clearly marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund, except where otherwise required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us promptly at hello@babakini.com with your order number and a description of the issue so we can assist you.
